Girls And Their Dolls

This is my version of Marie Antoinette in her "livin' in the country" phase. I took a doll class right here at Rooster Creek in Temecula, but it was a quirky primitive country doll. I wanted the experience in doll making so I took the class - and it was a blast! But I had to Tinafy the doll to get her to fit with my home decor & style. So viola! Here she is BFF'ing with my other Marie. Aren't they cute!

Fit'n It All In

It aint easy being crafty! It is a constant challenge keeping it all organized. I did a bit of reorganizing in the craft room because I got this killer deal on these white shelves - only 40$ bucks! I'll fine tune it later, but for now it works.

June Bloom

Have you ever seen a more beautiful Daisy?!? Isn't she just the sweetest lil' blossom! Oh Mercy! I just lOVE this girl!!

Even though we've had quite a few days of June-Gloom, in my backyard it's been June-Bloom! The roses are in the their full glory - all Iceberg accept for one lone Sisalbruner Rose that caresses my birdhouse.

Looky What I Made!

I took a class with Pilar @ Gilding the Lily in Fullerton and made this! I'm in hot pursuit of learning how to combine and work with fibers and needle techniques. I learned how to do a "colonial knot" thank to Miss Kathy (aka Nice Girl).

Oh Isn't she FABULOUS!?!

Isn't this Marie to die for!!! It was created by the ever talented Miss Heather of heatherlouisedolls.blogspot.com. I just adore her. Her dolls are absolutely amazing. The whim & craftmanship are top notch! I can't help but smile when I look at her!

Mini Book - Big Message

My gorgeous niece Ashley Graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice/law. She is the first family member on both her Mom's & my side of the family to complete a university education! We're so proud of her!! I made a few things for her, but forgot to take photo's, except for the lil' book below.

It does not have to cost much to express your affection to your loved ones. These images were printed from the allposters.com site. Yes they are small in size, but look at how cute a lil' book they make! And don't you agree that a picture is worth a 1000 words!
